HOME COOKING SERVICES : to decide what to eat every day can be a challenge and difficult !!
 

Planning meals , finding ingredients, cooking and creating a healthy diet are time-consuming tasks that don’t come easily for most people… Ingrid will help you in purchasing, preparing and producing healthy dishes that you can eat all week long-and also teach you how to do it yourself. Meals will be prepared and packed at your location in plastic ware for the refrigerator or freezer, giving you quick and easy access to all your meals for the next 7 days.

You can learn how to do yourself with hands-on instruction in the kitchen, or just enjoy the services of a private chef and discover new dishes every week. Check the NUTRITION pages to see food samples !!! Enjoy and bon appetit ! 

 

 

Ingrid’s cooking services takes about 3 to 5 hours a week and its ideal for people who:
